As the name suggests, my focus is on the small bites concept. I do not typically offer full entrees, but since I customize menus often, I am able to sometimes accommodate my clients' requests. I also offer Pasta Bar and Taco Bar options, as well as salads and mini desserts. This enables me to keep my menus fresh, be very open and flexible to my clients' ideas and needs, and give personalized service. I am passionate about food and people.
