My focus is on creating and delivering a professional and friendly cocktail, beer and/or wine pouring experience for my clients and their guests. I enjoy working with my clients to develop custom cocktails suited to the theme or occasion being celebrated.
I charge a flat rate of $50.00 per hour. So, estimating the cost to hire me is simple - I do request a three hour minimum booking, however. I prefer to not use a tip jar, my position being that I am hired by the host(s) to work alongside them in creating a memorable time for their guests. To ask invited guests in your home to tip me is simply something I am not comfortable doing.
I am always willing to assist the host(s) in back kitchen work, ensuring a smooth flow to the party/event. Tasks such as refreshing appetizer trays, pouring wine at dinner, clearing plates, monitoring and removing trash, etc. are all fine. I am happy to work with my client to serve their needs in the most productive manner to ensure a successful occasion.
