With my background as a pharmacist, I bring a professional aspect to this service. Mixing and making cocktails has always been a big interest of mine. From Serving drinks at a family event to bartending at a bar, I have always felt in my element making peoples eyes widen and mouth water with my creations. My goal is to own my very own bar, and I’m soaking up every experience that will get me closer to that. I am bi-lingual ( Spanish, English) and Basset certified to serve alcohol and non-alcoholic beverages.

With over 25 years experince working in the Wine industry and Hospitality I have the knowledge, experience and passion to enable me to provide excellent service whether it be Training, Tutored Wine Tasting, Events, Sommelier Services or Wine Cellar Management.
