Thank you for allowing me to quote on your party. This quote is for one bar tender for 5 hours because I need and hour to set up and break down.
My Service for 5 hours $325.00 for one bar tender.
If the guest count goes over 75 then a second bartender would be needed for the additional cost of $325.00 for 5 hours.
Bar Table and Cloth $ 15.00 (White or Black).
Clear plastic cups $ 35.00
Ice $ 45.00
Garnishes $ 10.00
I am client oriented. I will meet with a client at their convenience to discuss the details of the day of the event at no additional charge. The day of the event I will show up early and set up a bar that is very pleasing to the eye.
I enjoy working with clients to help make their party a success. I also enjoy interfacing and talking with the guests.
I am TIPS certified and carry liability insurance.
I do not have a 12c caterer's license which is the license to transport and charge for the drinks.
It is up to the client to supply the alcohol and other beverages. I will assist in determining quantities needed.
Method of payment is either cash or check.
I can only operate an open bar and not charge for the cocktails at any function.
