Owner and founder Jon Davidson is the reigning Bite Of Oregon Iron Mixologist champion, and hosts a biweekly mixology TV segment on Portland's KATU, Channel 2, as well as other stations around the country. He has designed cocktails for over 40 bars in the United States and México.

I am easy to work with, flexible, and able to meet and surpass the needs of a wide variety of customers.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am licensed to serve alcohol in Oregon and Washington. I am also a certified trainer with Restaurants Unlimited, Inc.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I finished my BA in Communications, and then realized that I actually enjoyed bartending more than working in the field I went to school for.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with a wide variety of customers. I have bartended countless weddings, events, and private parties; I have appeared on over 20 TV stations across the US; I have designed craft cocktail menus for bars across Oregon and Washington; and have bartended for 14 years in everything from craft cocktail bars to clubs to taproom to corporate restaurants.
