If you are seeing work elsewhere, done by less-expensive (which usually also means less experienced) photographers in which horizontal/vertical angles are not straight, colors are dull/inaccurate, and windows are "blown out" (i.e., over-exposed), you owe it to yourself, your client, or your business to find someone with inherently higher attention to detail and a better understanding of the intricacies of interior photography. By applying professional photographic and development techniques, Demi will work to give you the sort of beautiful results you need to stand out from the competition. In addition to his own company work, Demi's work is highly sought after outside of Bark as a contract photographer amongst one of the largest national real estate companies in the country, further demonstrating his desired skills in a critical, professional environment. Finally, Black Paws' reasonable, industry-standard competitive rates start as low as $125 per home (applicable to sale by owner situations, or shoots for MLS listings). Additionally, we can provide professional floor plans, if needed, for a competitive rate of $70.
