What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

NOTE! Still photography services. No video services. Esther Snow charges per hour of photography. This per hour charge includes organization and minor retouches of the images. All photo sessions are booked through a contract and paid in full prior to any photography.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Esther asks a lot of questions to gain clarity on all photography needs. All details and notes are included in a contract.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Esther Snow has a Bachelors in Spanish and an Associates in Communication Graphics. Her background also includes print graphic design.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Esther Snow has over 20 years experience with photography. She began at a community college in Tucson, AZ. working with film and dark rooms. Her work has been published in various printed works and on display in galleries and museums. Her experience includes printing, matting and framing in addition to portrait, wedding and event photography.

What types of customers have you worked with?

NOTE! Esther offers still photography services. NO VIDEO. Esther Snow has worked with professionals, families, schools, kids, and animals. She has experience photographing portraits, weddings, and events.

How much are the services? What should I bring? Props? Outfits? Will there be a place to change? Who owns the photos? What is included in the photo package? Prints? DVD? Online access? How long is the photo session? What should I wear? Can I receive a refund or a re shoot if I’m dissatisfied?
