What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I'll usually come to the customers home to get a hands on estimate, intrintroduce myself and show the customer my commitment.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

10 years of experience. 8 years of custom carpentry and cabinetry with my father and 2 years with a national closet company..

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My mother and father were both involved in the buisness. I started working with them from a very young age and adopted alot of they're skills

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Be carefull on who you hire. A license takes time and money but no skill whatsoever in the field. Look at they're website and credibility/past work.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

How long will it take? Have you done this before? Will there be anyone helping you (for big projects or heavy lifting)?
