What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We always meet with the customer to go over all the options before giving a price. We pride our selves in treating each customer the way we want to be treated. We do all we can to stay in the customers budget and suggest things they can do to save money if needed.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Meet with the customer to discuss and look at their project. Discuss the options for what they are looking for and then the cost.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have worked in the construction trade for about 15 years. Woodshop all 4 years of high school and construction technology thru the skill center.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I have always been interested in building things. Even as a 5 or 6 year old I was building playhouse and more.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with a variety of customers. From a full remodel to a simple repair all are treated the same. I have worked with all ages as well.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I think people should go with their gut. It is important to be comfortable with the person you hire to work on your home.
