What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I charge buy room, for example family room is one area, and stairs is another, and bedroom is another and etc.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I will explain the process of the job and give an affordable price. I also make sure the client is involved during the cleaning process.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Work for a National carpet cleaning company for almost 10 years they trained me very well on how to take care of several different types of carpet fibers. Tile and grout, upholstery and the most important thing was how to take care of customers in all of their needs, I was doing so good for them. Until I made the decision to start my own business and here I am, I appreciate all my customers for all of their support. How did you get started doing this type of work?

I have worked for a national carpet cleaning company for 10 years and decided to start my own business.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with a variety of multi cultural clients. That have been very happy with the results of carpet cleaning.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I recently worked with a client that had a bad pet vomit stain in her carpet and the client was afraid that it would not be able to come out. I made the client very happy when I was able to remove that spot and cleaned her carpet. I also used deodorizer spray and it look and smelled amazing. It took about two hours.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would make sure you tell your provider of what you would like to be done in your home we are there to provide serves to you not the other way around. Make sure they are giving you a reasonable and affordable price for the work you want done in your home.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

I think it is important that customers ask what will be the process of the job so you know what to expect and will feel comfortable letting someone come into your home.
