Sometimes we have some discounts and offers like 20% for referring someone to us for the first time and 10% for every other.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

The typical process for working with a new customer would be first the customer explaining everything that they wanted cleaned and scheduling the cleaning, then 1-2 days prior to the cleaning we send them a reminder about their schedule for the cleaning. Then on the day of the cleaning we head to their house and clean it until is looks good and clean.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

A type of training I have that relates to my work is cleaning other people’s houses and learning from them to have all the future houses and businesses look better than the last.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I got started doing this work after I saw how happy people got once they saw their clean house.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with business, companies, families, and others.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

A recent project I was fond of was a job for a kind and generous lady who wanted a deep clean. It took around 2-3 hours to complete.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Look for someone well priced, kind and respectful, and someone someone with high or higher rating.

“How much is their average cost for a clean?” “How long do you take to clean on average?”
