What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Disinfecting services start at $119.00 for simple Electrostatic Spraying of our Bio D'Fender all-natural solution. Our most popular package, the 5-step Bio 360+ System, is priced at $399.00 for homes up to 2,500 sq/ft. We offer senior citizen discounts.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

A phone consultation is best to start with. We can discuss what your needs are for sanitizing and disinfecting. If needed, an in-person visit can be made (distance limited) for larger properties. Once we set up an appointment, our typical service takes just a little over an hour. Customers do not need to leave their home or business when the service is being done since our products are all-natural, safe for animals, plants and humans alike.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

HBC University, located at our headquarters in Scottsdale Arizona, provides in-class and on-site training for use of our proprietary systems, machines and processes. All of our senior staff members are required to attend.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Coming from the service industry, we wanted to provide a solution to address the current pandemic, but also provide a safe environment for friends, family and acquaintances for years to come.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with homeowners, small and large businesses, restaurants, bars, casinos ... anywhere where humans are in contact with unwanted germs.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

A friend of ours was spending many hours each day in her salon spraying all the chairs down at the beginning and end of the day. After we did our Bio 360+ treatment, she now can go home earlier to be with her family. That really made us feel great in knowing that we were able to help her out in that way.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Ask any of our competitors how long the treatment lasts. Many of our competition will "spray & wipe" a disinfectant as a treatment, but that may last only a day or so. What sets HBC apart is that Bio 360+ system lasts up to 90 days!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

How much protection do you need? Would just Electrostatic Spraying be enough, or do you need more extensive treatment of not only the surfaces but also the air?
