The company is managed by President Fernando Pio Molinero and Director of Administration Alejandro Pio (son). Our onsite crew primarily covers the residing areas north of San Jose CA. While we specialize in the framing part of our structures, we also cover nearly every other area that would be required to complete any project. Overall P.M.C is a well grounded team who works together in every form to create a great working environment. This alone is the most important factor in order to deliver a solid and seamless job. P.M.C is CSLB certified, and works with all regulations according to OSHA and DCA.
