7 years in business
I’ve been in the business around 25 years. I formerly worked in the family custom home building and remodeling company. I and also spent about 6 years working as an estimator, pre-construction manager and project manager for large commercial projects. I’ve also spent years in all the trades involved including foundations, masonry, concrete, framing, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, insulation, drywall, tile, flooring, installing cabinets & other finish carpentry, painting, window and doors and excavation.
We are big into systems and processes, our design, estimating, project management, and scheduling software are some of the best in the industry, more advanced than many much larger builders. This allows us to be more accurate and provide a better experience throughout the project than a lot of other builders.
Our organizational structure allows us to provide the same quality as the larger custom builders while also allowing us to compete in price with smaller contractors and even handymen. There’s a lot of great contractors out there and there are many who give you a great price upfront but hit you with additional cost after cost. Allowances and change orders are a part of construction but many can be eliminated or better captured with high quality design and estimating software.
At the end of the day we give you a quality project at a good and honest price upfront.
