I spent the last 3-4 years of my union career as a finish carpenter doing T.I. work (tenant improvement) which meant that the areas I was working in were occupied. I have a great deal of training and certifications which include having my OSHA 30 card along with many more safety and industry specific certifications. I take the utmost care when working in someone's home, I treat it as if I'm working on my own home or family member's home.
