Varies depending on scope of work and time required to complete or if it is ongoing. We offer prepaid packages for projects and flat monthly pricing for bookkeeping services.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We walk through how the client handles their business currently and what the ultimate goal is so our team has a complete understanding of the business. Once we are able to have an overall picture then we will put a quote together for the potential client to review.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We are a team of bookkeepers that have over 30 years of experience in small business bookkeeping - managing solopreneurs to being the Controller for five businesses under one umbrella.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We have a love for helping small business owners so that they can concentrate on growing their business.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We were contracted to review accounting processes and recommend amount of time it would take for a permanent bookkeeper to complete all tasks each week. This allowed the business to go from a full-time person to a part-time person, saving the company money for compensation and benefits.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Compile a list of tasks and goals you want to reach and how you would like to see it happen but be open to suggestions.
