At Mindful Dog Training each dog is treated as an individual, and evaluated in their home environment. This gives me a good idea where we are starting from and likely course of action to proceed productively. Your dogs behavior is influenced by everything in their life. So I take an all inclusive approach to the dog experience. Leadership is very important, after that consider what your dogs needs are and how those fit into your life. Dog stuff is usually fun and interesting, even if it’s not what we normally do. It’s so neat to see their face light up when they love the new game or activity. Every interaction “trains” your dog. Your always shaping the way your dog sees you, and their world. By changing little things, always making things a little better, things are good.
