We are bonded and insured and our pet care professionals have undergone extensive criminal background checks and training. We pride ourselves in being a reliable, trustworthy and compassionate pet care service. We have four branch locations: Laurel, Germantown, Olney and Frederick, Maryland. Each of these locations are staffed with its own set of dedicated pet care professionals. Each of our clients receive a client portal where they can easily book services, make changes to existing services, view invoices and update personal and pet information as needed, to ensure we have the most accurate information when coming out to visit your home and pets. After each visit we complete, clients receive an emailed detailed report telling them how the visit with their pets went along with photos of their pets, for their peace of mind. These reports are sent in real time. We are happy to customize our services based on your pets specific needs.
