What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I provide an optional and additional disposal fee for the project I do.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

They contact me, I respond in a timely manner, they send pictures and information that will help me give them an estimate, I review the information and respond with an estimate and day and time, the client confirms or we work out a time that will work, I text the day before the project to confirm our scheduled time, and text again the day of the project to let the client know I am on the way..

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have life long experience in working with my hands and problem solving, but I also have a couple years working in the plumbing industry under a professional and installing plumbing in new construction houses. I also have over 4 years of professional experience as a door technician installing and repairing door and windows.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I used to work in the plumbing feild under a licensed plumber for a couple of years in new construction. I also have been working as a professional door and window technician for the past 4 years learning the trade and the business side of it as well.

What types of customers have you worked with?

A large variety of different people with different personalities.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Installing the pre-hung front door. It was a beautiful naturally sealed wood door. It took some problem solving to install and I had to prep for the lock set and mortise in the latches and strike plates on the jamb, but as you can see, it turned out great!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Give the provider as much information as possible, including pictures which will save the provider time and it will save the client money.

How would this project change my house and would I like the change.
