What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Hello, at Certitfied Electric we offer a couple different options of service. Quote work - base set price for a job. This quote is typically put together from a walk through. Time & Material - anything we have to troubleshoot or small item tasks. We operate off a set schedule. Discounts: 5% off all veterans, first responders & teachers.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We ask for a phone consultation to discuss scope of work, the time it will take and the best cost effective solution to achieve it.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Journeyman Certified, Bachelors in Business Management, Up to date COI and Electrical License for Marion Co and many surrounding counties.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Started in the Electrical trade in 1998 with mutual friends. Feel in love, and been at it ever since! It's a passion to grow & learn something new daily!

What types of customers have you worked with?

We've worked for all types of customers. In the end, it's all about great customer service and Listening to the customers needs!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We started an UGS project to separate the service entrance for two separate business. This will allow utility to charge each entity separately for usage. Once we got on site to do the work, the customer loved what she seen. This in turn lead to other work inside. We installed can lighting & dedicated quad outlets for nail tech stations. Quality work doesn't go unnoticed. One good job lead to many others! A Brand you can Trust!
