What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our pricing is based upon the job. Our journeyman electrician will come do an assessment of your home or business and then you will receive an estimate on the job.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We want to take the time to understand what our clients need during our initial phone call. During this call we will schedule an appointment for an assessment that works for our client.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

All Electricians have passed journeyman electrical exams and received their Journeyman Cards as licensed electricians and also do required continuing education yearly.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

All of us at Vertechs have always been attracted the the electrical field. Its one of the main values we have here. We love electricity and helping property owners get high value electrical service options.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Home owners, businesses, industrial, all forms of electrical and construction.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We replaced a old Federal Pacific electrical panel and added a new EV charger in a garage for a long time customer. It was a fun job because we really enjoy replacing old unsafe electrical equipment and also do new fun features for our customers.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Please know what you are wanting from your electrical contractor. There are usually 3 main things that drive a decision. Timeliness, Quality of workmanship, & Price. It is very rare to get all 3 in the same package. At Vertechs we pride ourselves on being very timely and doing excellent quality of work at a reasonable price. You can likely find a cheaper price out there, but its also likely you will wait for the work to be done and there may not be as much focus on quality. We want our customers property operating safely and have longevity from our work!

Would you like your next electrician to perform a complementary whole residence safety assessment? Would you like several options for your installation? Would you like to see any new neat features that exist in the market place? Whats more important to you, timeliness, quality of installation or price?
