Q&A

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
You reach out with the job information, I either confirm my hourly rate or have to give a bid on the project, you give the go ahead, we set a date and time when I can be there and you confirm. Then we’re good to go!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I’ve been trained in construction and handyman work for 5 years. I have flooring, electrical, plumbing, drywall, landscaping, trim, appliance repair/replacement and so much more! I have done just about everything regarding a home!

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I’ve always liked doing different things, so I was immediately attracted to the handyman idea. Jobs requiring many different repairs and replacements daily. I decided to work for contractors and handymen to gain knowledge and experience which I did for about 5 years. I’ve also had a desire to help people which I believe I achieve in this line of work. A lot of people don’t have the knowledge or tools or even time to take care of these tasks and I fortunately can be there to assist with anything the customer needs!

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I have/currently work for new home buyers, property management companies, designers and contractors, rental owners and everyday folks with homes that need a gentle touch to fix or replace something on the customers mind!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
I recent project that I am fond of is a job that required multiple things to be done. A fill valve replacement, light replacement, some furniture assembly and also a repair of a cabinet. I was able to take care of them in a few hours!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
My advice would be to ask questions! We’re always here to help answer any questions or concerns you would like us to shed more light on but we can only do so if you ask us questions!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
One question is if you have given all of the information regarding the job in the description to let the pro know what to expect without having to ask for even more information.
