I value the satisfaction of my clients! Depending on the material needs of the projects i will typically only quote the labor cost of the project. Prices are fluctuating greatly and it would not be fair to assume the highest or the lowest prices for materials. My Labor rate is $83/hr, and a minimum 1 hr per job, all time after is prorated per minute. Many jobs can be both estimated at an hourly rate & quoted at a set price, I typically can offer you the choice, but not always… some times its very difficult to know how long a job will take.
