I offer solutions to large & small problems. I beleive in constant communication, solid integrity, quality work at affordable prices. I offer a large range of services, in a large area of service. I value the satisfaction of my clients! Depending on the material needs of the projects i will typically only quote the labor cost of the project. Prices are fluctuating greatly and it would not be fair to assume the highest or the lowest prices for materials. My Labor rate is $83/hr, and a minimum 1 hr per job, all time after is prorated per minute. Many jobs can be both estimated at an hourly rate & quoted at a set price, I typically can offer you the choice, but not always… some times its very difficult to know how long a job will take. JLW Construction I take pride in the quality of my work, its very important to leave my clients knowing they got what they were looking for if i can provide it. offering quality work at a reasonable schedule and price. I enjoy a finished project and i take pride that my clients will feel good about my work.
