Hi there! My name is Ben and I started Axiom in 2008 right when the economy tanked. When many companies failed, we thrived. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We have competitive pricing for the best service in the industry. Our pricing is dependent on the size of your home.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

In our first appointment we start with a full clean out of the home to remove all pests from inside of the home. At the second appointment we put a barrier around the home to keep them out. We then maintain the barrier going forward.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

All of our technicians are licensed and fully trained to complete the services that we offer.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I have been involved in pest control for over 20 years and have done every role, from salesman to technician. I'm passionate about pest control and am determined to provide the best service in the industry.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We service customers with a variety of different pest issues, including ants, spiders, wasps, mosquitoes, fleas, ticks, rats, and mice.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Our favorite projects are the ones where customers have had pest issues, and we are able to get them completely under control for them. Providing quick and efficient relief from the customer's issues are the ones I am most fond of.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

We would love an opportunity to service your home! We are a service based company that has built up a great reputation due to the effectiveness of our service and great customer service.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Be aware of where you are seeing activity. This helps us to target the pests efficiently and take care of the problem quickly.
