My specialization is helping couples through pre-marital guidance, infidelity, and communication/conflict resolution challenges. WELCOME We do not except any insurance at this time. INTRODUCTION I offer relatable guidance and feedback on issues that are coming up to be resolved. Whether the feelings are anxious, sad, or hopelessness there is a way out. I bring a vast range of experience and can interpret these patterns and we can find way out together. I believe we are more similar than we are separate. We can therefor resolve almost any issue with right level of relatability, understanding and support. The session types range from relationship to general growth and awareness. Each situation is unique so we will find the style of support that will best fit you. GUIDANCE SESSIONS By talking and listening we can hear patterns underneath the words and behaviors, underneath our choices. When we expose these patterns it becomes obvious to know what to do about them. With truth and acceptance we can change any aspect that may be giving us trouble. The feelings that we may not like are often pointing to something and when fully addressed they can change into a sense of general well being. We will also use techniques to clean up any remnants of these feelings that may just be habitual. RELATIONSHIP SESSION In a relationship session we will look at how the two (or more) psychologies are interacting. When this is understood at a deeper level we are able to better navigate the interactions with intuitive strategies that can be heard by the other and therefore get results. We will get clear on expectations (What are those? Are they being met?) This process brings clarity and a place to work from that is honest and deliberate and opens us to the real giving and receiving of Love. BIO Jeff has studied awareness and transpersonal psychology locally and abroad for 15 years. Through training by world renowned masters as well as deep study and introspection he has used his life as an example of transformation and change. Freedom is his primary orienting principle. Jeff has developed a model for integrating and accepting the different aspects of ourselves which resolves the dissonance (split) of the psyche. This process is a technology that can be used by practitioners as a simple structure to safely guide clients. The process leads clients to a new found orientation free from turmoil producing a natural high esteem and elevated empowered sense of self. Jeff has a book in the works and provides workshops to teach this process.
