We started this business due to high-demand for excellent quality pool repairs and renovations. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First, techs will visit the site and meet with the customer to go over the customer's vision, questions, and concerns. Within a few days we will have a quote ready for the customer. Once the customer accepts we will schedule project start date and set duration expectations.
