What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

very competetive pricing. only extra fees are if you choose to pay with a debit or credit card (about $40 extra per thousand spent). I also offer discounts for cash payments.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Schedule a good time to meet for the customer, figure out the type of flooring that is needed and color that they like and bring samples with me for them to choose from and we go from there. All estimates are free.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have 10 years hands on experience in the flooring trade.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

was offered a job as a subcontractors helper and i thought it was a good trade to learn and fell in love with it.

What types of customers have you worked with?

family, friends, realtors, business owners, new construction builders.. basically any and all people who are needing floors I can help out.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

most all of my projects I can complete in a day. my crew of 3 get in and get the job done which makes for very happy customers.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

make sure they are honest and trustworthy. also that they are giving you fair pricing on material and labor.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

just know somewhat about the product you think you might want to go with. it makes it easier to work out pricing and you will know how good the quality of the floor is before you are given the price of the floor so you will know if its fair
