What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Pricing is based on a job to job basis, based on services requested, total square footage, etc.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We typically begin our relationship with a new client by scheduling a FREE in-person estimate that allows us to see the project, take measurements, ask and answer questions, etc. This is followed up by a quote that is emailed within 24-48 hours. From there, we are available to answer any questions, provide information regarding the scope of project, and schedule based on the clients wants and needs.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Dave Edwards has been working in the flooring industry for over 25 years. He has been trained by some of the best in the industry.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

He started by sweeping floors and has now owned and operated his own flooring business for over 10 years.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with all types of client's, as there is no project too big or too small. We have resurfaced one bedroom, repaired a few boards, sanded and sight finished entire homes, and have worked on large-scale commercial projects.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently sanded and sight finished a beautiful home on the Northside of Indianapolis as the homeowner prepared to list the home for sale. We transformed the shiny grey prefinished hardwood flooring to a neutral custom stained hardwood with a beautiful satin finish, allowing the client to list their home with confidence. This project was two levels and two sets of steps and took approximately 1.5 weeks to complete.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Do your homework and always get more than one quote.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

In our opinion, a professional will provide and/or answer most of your questions before you ask them, but if you have to ask one question, ask for a place to view their recent work.
