Years ago when i started i went to classes and IICRC. I worked for different companies to learn different phases of the trade llike Stanley steamer i picked up the basics of carpet cleaning. Rainbow international carpet dyeing and cleaning is where i really got going including there schooling in waco texas but i sub contracted for them doing apartments is where i developed my skills in every phase of the trade and there was some other companies that really fine tuned my experience in water damage, Stretching carpet, Dyeing carpets, spot dyeing. and even now i am always fine tuning my level of expertise 24 years later. I have found that the more i do the work myself the quality steys stronger rather then having someone else do the work.

I wanted to get into a service business i could interact with customers and know when i was done servicing there carpet or upholstery needs they knew they got the best service for their investment

our customers consist of primarily Home owners all around Indy and on the southside as well. We have our share of commercial work we've done as well like restaurants deep cleaning the carpets. Property management companies and home owners who lease out there properties. Because i specialize in repairs we get a lot of home owners and people who own properties to do the cleaning and repairs as well. Recently this year we dyed 32 rooms in a motel for a customer. Renters who live in apartments or town houses or homes we service too. We do our share of cleaning churches as well.

Wow i put everything into every job but today a customer had 2 pets that destroyed her carpet. I knew what i had to do so i explained to her what needed to be done and that the urine was in the padding and she understood that. I explained to her i needed to spray all the carpet then scrub it then Steam clean it. i gave her some breaks and all she spent was 130.00 for a liv, din rm, hall and bedroom. The carpet was in very bad condition but before i left her mom wanted me to clean her carpet. I do this because there in need of someone who knows how to tackle tough situations and we get the job done right.

Listen to them. Do they charge by the room or square foot. Do they have specials. Do they explain exactly how there going to clean or service your carpet.Are they polite and legitimate. Do they take the time to listen to you! Do they guarantee your satisfaction

How much experience do they have. when stretching the carpet do they use a knee kicker or a power stretcher. Biggest thing is do they take the time to Prespray the carpet and treat the stains. Do they go over with you the best way to clean your carpet. How long has the technician been doing this.
