What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Half is due up front as a deposit. Estimates are estimates only. The full scope of a job cannot be exactly known until demo is completed and work is finished.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We’d love to meet you! Give us a text or call. We’ll come to your home to check out your current floor and the new flooring you’ve chosen, and email you an estimate within 48 hrs. If you choose to go with us, the $80 estimate fee will be waived.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We’ve worked on new and old construction, doing repairs on old wood floors, refinishing them, and making them look brand new. We also install new hardwood flooring , LVP, and LVT. All clients welcome!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

There are many styles and options for flooring out there. Start by choosing a flooring that is the same thickness as your old floor. That will save you the hassle and extra expense of having to redo your door jambs and trim.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Do your current floors need demoed? Will your base trim need to be removed and then reinstalled? All of which affect the total cost of a job.
