But we certainly let you know if the labor you are requesting falls out of the handyman rate ) Our estimates are FREE except the following: - if you need a bid for a house that you are looking into buying to flip it or fix so you can know if is worth buying - bids for negotiations while selling and buying just to be able to sell / buy the property. ** this type of bids will be charged per hour we take to make them as they are time consuming and is hard to find at the end that a bid was needed for negotiation and we dint have a chance of getting hired .
