Minimum materials additional over 8 hrs see discounts below Plumbing and electric 150 per hr. over 8 hrs see discounts below - Materials not included Day rate basic general work 850 a day over 8 hrs materials not included Day rate for electrical/plumbing 1000 For projects 8 hrs, materials additional Certain projects will have fixed pricing for items specific ie ceiling fan install, dishwasher install etc. EV ‘s Travel distance over 30 mile gas stipend may apply. Deposit may also be requested to lock in dates for new clients.
