Licensed and Insured specializing in small to medium home renovation in the New Orleans area.
I am first and foremost about communication and customer service. I typically provide same day or 48 hour max written estimates that are thorough and allow the homeowner complete control over the budget. My method for bidding a project is on a cost plus basis meaning I am completely transparent with the cost for each line item whether it be materials or labor.. So for instance, if the estimate allows $7 per square foot of tile in a bathroom remodel but you find something you like for $2 per square foot, that is completely in your control. As a contractor I am not encouraged to find cheap alternative materials and as a homeowner you are given more control over the budget.
I typically work one to two jobs at a time and show up each day until the job is done before moving to the next. I try to be available within 10 days to start and so if you are seeing me on Thumbtack, I am finishing my current projects and ready for the next. If I am booked more than the next 14 days I hide my profile so as not to overbook.
