What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our prices are fair and typically will be cheaper then most other junk removal companies. We charge by trailer space and per load, unlike most other junk removal companies who charge per pound. This helps save money for our customers.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We ask customers to send us a picture of their junk, we will respond with a estimate. If the price works we will set up a date to come complete the job.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have been working in the construction/remodeling field for the past 15 years. Safety is always a top priority for us. We recycle everything possible to help keep our world green!

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with all sorts of customers. Never once have I regretted taking on a job because of a customers needs.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

A client called with a trash issue. Her whole back yard was basically one big trash can. We spent 4 hours picking up garbage. After all the trash was cleaned up we raked the whole backyard to make sure we picked up every last little piece of garbage.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Choose a company who strives to leave you with the best final product. For us this is making sure we leave no trace of any garbage or rubbish left behind.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Do you have any chemicals, paint, or hazardous materials that need to be disposed of properly? If so we know exactly what to do with them. How much does all my trash weigh? Take into consideration the dump fees. How far is it from job site to the dump? Are there any recyclable items? If so try to keep them separate so we can stay green!
