We do require a down payment for first time customers which comes off at the end of your first cleaning. It’s typically 50% of your estimate. PRICES: $100/hour for the first cleaning and for once a month cleanings. (Once a month becomes a fixed price after initial cleaning.) $90/hour for every two weeks (set price after first cleaning.) $125/hour for staging or move in/move out cleans. Due to high demand, the Kleinert Cleaners can ONLY take on regulars at this time. We will be focusing on our specialty, which is high end/luxury homes. We have a couple spaces left for smaller to medium sized luxury condos and homes. We do NOT have time for one off cleanings at this time. Thank you for your understanding.
