What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We go over the important parts of the cleaning process and be sure we are all in the same page about what to expect. No payment until the service is done.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

My husband and I purchased the business from a woman that started and ran the company for 40 years. She had great staff and procedures. We have grown the company from her base model.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

When I worked long hours, my Mom and Dad would come and clean for me. Coming home to a clean house was such a relief! Somehow it always looks better when someone else cleans than when I do it myself. Accent Maid Service is a way to give this same level of care back to others.

We have worked with all types of customers.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Our Maids often have clients that prefer only them. They love to get to know the clients and their preferences.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Be specific about what you want cleaned. Each household is different. The checklists are a guide, but each household has its own unique needs. Use someone with insurance and experience.
