At Bees and Blossoms, we have found the best possible cleaning products to use in our clients homes! All of our experienced and friendly cleaners are well trained in the art of natural cleaning techniques, and have had background checks so you can feel safe and confident when choosing our services. At Bees and Blossoms we want the owners of every house we clean to arrive home feeling happy and light as they enter their fresh and sparkly spaces! It gives us job satisfaction to know that we provide a good service that makes a difference in our clients every day lives. We truly enjoy making homes sparkle everyday! We love providing our clients with some relief to spend more precious time enjoying their homes and families! Our cleaners are trained to pay close attention to details that often go unnoticed, to tackle those little under the radar things that add to the over all feeling of a clean home!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We always charge by the hour and are able to pinpoint an expectation of a regular time frame for each home within a cleaning or two. Most houses take between 3 and 5 hours. We charge between $45 per hour.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

As the owner of Bees and Blossoms, I like to come meet potential clients and get a feel for what they are looking for. We talk about their priorities, expectations and their budgets. Together we establish a plan that meets all of their needs.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I'm a cleaner and organizer by nature. I am also a Mom in a busy home and have had many years of experience with a personal high standard for housekeeping. :)

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I was always offering to help friends clean their homes while we visited. It was fun for me and felt good to help out people in my life. One day, one of these friends said, "you know, I'd pay you to do this for me on a regular basis!"....that was the beginning of a beautiful thing! The next thing I knew my phone was ringing off the hook with calls from friends of friends who had heard about my cleanings!

What types of customers have you worked with?

All sorts of people need help keeping up the standard they desire for their homes! Truly, the majority of calls we receive are busy families with working parents. This day and age with everyone working outside the home, its nearly impossible to keep up a clean house on top of everything else we'd like to be doing when we're home, right? We also meet retirees, single parents, busy travelling folks who just don't have the time...everyone likes a clean house :)

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

My favorite jobs are those where it's so obviously appreciated! I can honestly say we experience that on a daily basis! People love the smell of the cleaner we use because its made with orange peels so it leaves a wonderful citrus scent in the air! I get texts everyday from clients who have just arrived home, thanking me and telling me how wonderful it is to come home to a clean house! I feel grateful for what I do. It really brings me joy to know it makes people so happy!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I have worked with a lot of different cleaners and the one thing I have really noticed is that the best cleaners are the ones who love to clean. As the owner of my little cleaning company, my number one priority is finding cleaners that love to clean...I know that they will see the details and they will take those extra few moments to clean something that may not even be noticed but will make a difference.... Hire cleaners that love to clean! Trust me, they do exist!! I know because I am one!

Organize your priority list and know your budget.
