We do charge a travel cost of 1 way of .59cents a mile. The tax is 8.25% Texas state tax We are a professional cleaning company; we send out all documentation via email for completion. We send out documents for notification of work to be completed along with our policies and procedures; and a credit card authorization form ( for legal purposes) nothing is charged unless requested/approved.
