One of our commitments with our guests is to source from local farms with the most fresh ingredients making sure that we use organic produce and support all the Colorado farms around us. The main ingredient in all of our dishes is LOVE !! We will serve you with passion and love just to make sure you have one of the best experience and making sure you and your guest will be very happy with our food and service!! Back in Mexico we had for more than 8 years a restaurant were we served one of the best and high quality food and service. Hello my Name is Anthony Giampaolo, I am a chef with over ten years of professional experience, I have previous experience doing everything from catering, cooking classes, bbqs, meal prep, meal plans, private chef work and working various stations at many michelin recommended restaurants such as blackbelly in Boulder, tavernetta in Denver and was a sous chef at other fine dining establishements. My expertise lies in new american and Italian cuisine but I also have much experience cooking other various global cuisines. I would really like to get my own brand going and am looking for clientele in the greater denver area.
