I call my type of cooking a melting pot. I grew up in the Carribbean, don't expect all spicy foods I'm here for all. I've learn to appreciate all cultures. If I have never made it I will do all the research to make sure my customers are please with the final product. I'm here to please YOU! Home cook meal you will never forget, but yet still feel you are in eating in a restaurant setting. I put my flire along with yours. Will plan the menu around your preference. One word...PLEASING my customers! If my food is not up to standard believe me I will not serve it. I live to see smiles on my customers face after a meal.

Family oriented business. We care about our customers. My wife my daughters work with me, they love what they do and they do it with a smile. I am an all-around caterer who can offer bar services in addition to food. I love creating different dishes from all over the world, I cook everything from scratch including my own signature items!

We have a mobile ice cream truck, with menu consisting of novelty ice cream and ranges to cones, cups, sundaes, banana boats and milk shakes. We have, in the past, done events at the Boston Esplanade, Harvard Stadium, Boston City Hall Plaza, Copley Square, Berklee College and many schools, civic associations, weddings, bah mitzvahs, corporate functions, city and town days.
