We are a small company, so we have the opportunity to interact with our customers on a one on one basis. This allows us to get a feel for exactly what our customers are looking for. Another advantage our company has is that one of the owners is always onsite for the entire project.
I love building a relationship with the customer. My grandfather taught me that to run a successful business you have to have "the old country store philosophy". This simply means that I want to treat the customer the way I would want to be treated if the roles were reversed.
