Introduction
FAA Part 107 certified for drone commercial work. •Commercial Real Estate (OM’s, listings) •Architectural (website, print) •Industrial/manufacturing/construction progress About me... FOCUS - I focus solely on commercial work, aerial and ground: Commercial real estate (OM’s & listings), architectural, industrial/manufacturing. I do not shoot weddings. LEGAL & SAFE - Check my FAA certification. Go to the FAA gov website > airmen registry > search Paula Woodlief - FAA Remote Pilot #4304421. LIABILITY - Liability insurance will not cover incidents by an unlicensed pilot. Ask before hiring, “Are you FAA certified”? Hire legal pilots. It’s the law. QUALITY - Many drone pilots are not skilled editors. I am both. Masterful post processing makes the difference between a useable image and the “money shot”. REVIEWS - The best recommendations come from customers. I am dependable, a good communicator and skilled. I care about your business and strive to deliver you strong, positive images that increase visual interest and expedite sales. FAQ’S Q: If you own a business, can you hire anyone with a drone for aerial photography/video? A: No. The drone pilot must hold an FAA Part 107 certification, be insured and properly trained. Q: Can realtors use a personal drone for real estate listings? A: Only if they are FAA certified. If not, you are considered a drone hobbyist, thus, you cannot “hobby” for business or another person whether money is exchanged or not.
