What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We do not have have a standard pricing system as the complexity of the job determines pricing.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We have a pretty streamlined process in serving our customers. 1) We listen to your needs 2) Provide an online estimate which you can accept or reject from the online interface. 3) We then draw up a contract for the services required and collect a deposit to start the project. 4) Graphic and web design clients will have access to a portal where communication will take place and files will be uploaded

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Graphic design and photography undergraduate degree.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We went to school for graphics and photography and decided to start a business five years ago. We are confident in our abilities!

What types of customers have you worked with?

We started our business catering to individuals who are looking for photography and design services. We still cater to anyone we think we can help, although we are now focused on serving organizations and businesses.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

One of our most popular service is our website design service. We recently finished two websites: one for a subdivision within Bolingbrook and another for a consulting firm based in Lombard. We are excited to be given the opportunity and our customers have been pleased with the outcome. It took us between 6 weeks and 12 weeks to finish both projects

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

We advise all seeking services from contractors in this industry to look at their portfolio, their communication and their proposal. Serious professionals will become apparent after you start the conversation.
