What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Pricing does and will depend on the work, parts, and any troubleshooting necessary to repair, install or replace locks, and keys. Work Varys as well as products we use or is available. We offer student discounts, military discounts and first responders, for home and auto. You will have to contact me for more information.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Understanding the needs of the customer and coming up with a solution. For everyone’s security we do ask for ID Before rekeying any household or vehicles and turning the keys over. In the business for security! So we need to know it’s your property 👍🏻

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Residential Commercial Locksmith training courses and auto-locksmith training. Management of Local locksmith locations in Salt Lake City branch and management and Apprenticeship in Nashville Tennessee for Locksmiths.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Residential property owners- business owners- car dealerships- owners of buildings. Real estate sales. Locked out situations on military bases. (If requested please give 30 minutes for inspection passes possible). worked with all type customer

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Home with locks to rekey or office building with push bars and door closers. Auto ignition replacement. I have found enjoyment in all of it. New business owner needed rekey of his doors. I showed up when asked at 8 and finished repairs and rekeying of pushbars and dead bolts+ commercial handles and 4 hours. New keys of his request also done onsite. 10 devices and locks total.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Give the best description possible so we know it’s a job for a locksmith. But also be ready to have us need to come see the work to give a better estimate

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Is it a lock? If the answers yes then a Locksmith should be able to help you. We need to be able to show up and assess the problem to fully evaluate and then we can fix it for you. Locks can have internal problems so it’s best we come troubleshoot it for the things that can’t be seen.
