Let me say a word about insurance payments. Most insurance companies won’t pay my fees because I have a law background and most of my professional counseling involves working with couples on divorce or court proceedings. For this reason, I keep my fees low and only accept credit, debit cards, checks, or cash. I am a former family law attorney who has participated in over 900 court proceedings with married couples. The key to a successful relationship or marriage, is for the two parties to believe that they have become one flesh. I've written a book that helps singles focus on this objective while in a relationship. I have the knowledge and experience to help couples win at the game of love. For those who would prefer a Christian counselor, please know that I am the author of Christian books and can provide this type of focus in my sessions. The greatest romantic bond possible between a man and woman is not physical or financial, but mental This bond is called a "one flesh love," and it occurs when a man and woman both believe in their respective minds, that they are two people, who have become one. My goal in counseling couples is to advocate that the bond between a couple should be at the highest level, namely, a one flesh love. Please click on my website above, to learn about the unique counseling approach that I take to help couples succeed in relationships or marriages.

Hi, I'm Josh. Finding hope, peace, and confidence can feel impossible when you're caught in personal or relational struggles, but it doesn't have to be. I work with individuals and couples who are ready to address where they are and take meaningful steps toward the life and relationships they truly want. If you're feeling stuck, unsure of how you got here or how to move forward, you're not alone—and you've come to the right place. I believe that *if you could have solved this alone, you would have already.* When you’ve done your best and things still aren’t working, it’s time to use that dreaded four-letter word: help. Enlisting the help of a trusted professional can be a game-changer—opening up new perspectives, discovering underlying issues, resolving unresolved trauma, clarifying next steps, and providing accountability. Like everyone, I've needed support and guidance at key times in my life. Unlike many, I sought it out and experienced firsthand how the right support at the right time can bring about lasting life change. Every week, I have the privilege of working with courageous individuals who recognize that something isn’t working for them and want something better or different. Together, we address issues such as a lack of closeness in key relationships, communication breakdowns, unhealthy conflict patterns, grief, trauma, addiction, infidelity, and more. If that's what you need, and that's what you want—let’s get started. We’ll explore where you’re coming from, where you want to go, and determine if we’re the right fit for this journey. While I'm not a licensed counselor, I bring over 20 years of experience working with individuals, teens, couples, families, and groups. I'm also nearing the completion of my doctorate, specializing in rebuilding emotional intimacy after destructive behaviors like addiction and infidelity have broken trust.
