What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Contact Prime Packers for further details. Discounts are available but subject to promotional campaign dates and availability. The only fee that we have is fees for Pianos, Gun Safes, Pool Tables, and other really heavy items over 300+ lbs.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

New customers get the same benefit as recurring customers. We believe any discounts or promotions we offer, every customer deserves to receive. The only difference is that we walk new customers through the entire logistic process behind-the-scenes and then all the details of the move; before it starts, when it starts, and when it ends. The customer is detailed through the entire process until payment is received.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

The owner, Alvin, and their main crew have 8+ years of working in the moving industry and professional Airbnb Cleaning industry.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

The owner, Alvin, has worked for 2 different furniture moving companies before starting his own from 2014 until now, 2022.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Prime Packers has worked with every customer imaginable. Customer demographics range from low-income, middle-income, high-income, CEOs, high-authority personnel, military veterans, construction, painters, interior designers, floorers, etc.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

A recent project I was fond of was a move that took 5 days. A customer's house was filled with 200+ paintings. We boxed or wrapped every single painting and every other thing in the house. It took 3 days to load, 1 day to unload, and 1 day to professionally clean the house.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
