We are a high end remodel company focused on providing our customers exactly what they want for their home remodel projects! We pride ourselves in providing our customer a great experience second only to the quality of our work. We do anywhere from simple remodel jobs to custom remodels that range from bathrooms, kitchens, basements and anything interior to decks siding and anything exterior! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We are running an October special of 10% off your project with a limit of up to $1,000. Pricing will vary depending on the size of the project and the project materials.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I schedule an appointment to discuss the details of the project and get an idea of what the customer wants. I then proceed with the estimate and if accepted, set up a day and time to start the project. During the initially stages I will go over the design/layout and give out any suggestions that may be helpful to the customer.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I started working as soon as I graduated so I’ve been in the field for over 10 years which gives me the experience I need to know exactly what I need to do to complete the project(s).

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Out of highs school (2010) I started working for a good friend who owned his company and showed me the ropes.

What types of customers have you worked with?

My main clientele has been composed of customers that want high end and custom work. These customer check if the lines are straight and my work is close to perfect.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently finished a basement with a lot of custom work! One of my favorites this year, took us about 2 months.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

We service providers are here to make your project a reality. So don’t hesitate to be specific and tell us to adjust whatever you feel is off. Don’t feel bad if you don’t know exactly what you want either we are there to help and realize your vision!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Number question budget. Customers should get an understanding of just how much a remodel can be. The cost will vary from a couple thousand dollars to tens of thousands. The material (basic vs high quality), design, and type of work (simple installation vs custom) and detail of the project will really make the difference.
