What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We always strive to offer the best products on the market without charging any premiums, we offer a clear and honest pricing throughout the line of materials we use. 90% of our supplies comes directly from Sherwin Williams stores.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Since the initial contact with any new costumer we always strive in keeping clear and honest communication and ensure costumer feels comfortable and confident that there's not hidden pieces of crucial information that could potentially deteriorate the way the project should be handled and executed.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I've been around general construction for around 12 years from laborer to project foreman/supervisor. On the entire construction field- residential painting its what motivates me and inspires me the most. I love using my knowledge to help homeowner to transform their living spaces into a reality. I'm certified, licensed and also OSHA safety and security certified.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I'm a second generation painting contractor as my father was a licensed and certified industrial painting contractor and managed working with many big brand names such as: Delta airlines, UPS, FedEx, and Amazon warehouses just to mention a few. My passion for painting was initially inspired by my father at a very young age back in the 2000's right before he retired. Ever since I've gained love for the painting industry which keeps changing and developing year after year with new pieces of equipment and products.

What types of customers have you worked with?

During my time as a painting contractor I've worked with a variety of costumers- from residential, commercial and also industrial. Out of every line of costumers I enjoy working with residential costumers because I consider to be more a face-to-face experience. I have worked my way with national real state investors, real state agents, interior designers, architects and real state developers.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We worked for a homeowner who was on his 90's and always had the dream of getting his house beautifully painted in honor of his wife's memory, I personally felt extremely honored to be part of such important life event and how us as a company could contribute into someone's life and happiness.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

As a contractor my personal piece of advice is to always fact check and get to know whomever you're about to hire for your project not matter the size or complexity. Besides being a contractor I'm also a homeowner and I know about the importance of hiring reputable and well trusted contractors who are not just willing to make some earning but to transform your place and make you feel happy about the results.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

In some cases homeowners could ask for recent project references and also photos showing progress on a current or past project. Costumer should also inquire and make sure contractor is fully licensed and insured prior starting your project to protect both parties for any unexpected situation.
