At Creative Color Solutions we offer services in the painting, refinishing, and restoration of residential and commercial projects. We specialize in cabinet refinishing and fine finishing of woodwork and furniture. Using a very unique process, we achieve an extraordinary finished product, that looks and performs miles ahead of run of the mill stain and poly jobs. We also offer services interior and exterior painting, plaster and faux finishes. We love what we do, and that shows in our work. Our customer service is second only to our craftsmanship and attention to detail. I chose to work in this industry because Since I was a small child I've been an artist. It was during college when I started painting and it seemed like a perfect fit. After getting my degree in Graphic Design I decided I didn't want an office Job. So Creative Color Solutions LLC was born. Taking my artistic background I approach projects differently than most. I specialize in custom finishes for cabinetry and furniture. To me it is a true art. Whether its just a room repaint or a custom kitchen cabinet restoration I take great pride in what I do. Maintaining long lasting client relationships is paramount in my business. I live in South Minneapolis with my wife Angie, our son Grady, daughter Reese, and 2 cats. .

I have 20 years experience as a muralist and scenic artist. My work can be seen in many commercial venues, residences, museums, and public spaces across the state of Minnesota, and across the country. I love being able to realize an idea, whether verbal or visual, on a large scale. The greater the challenge it is to paint, the more excited I get!

I am a Minnesota-based portrait artist specializing in large format oil-on-canvas. My work focuses on women and explores perceptions of beauty and the power of sexuality. My female subjects project strength and agency in equal measure, eyes open and alert, challenging the observer to meet their unflinching gaze. My portraiture is further characterized by their incorporation of the surreal. As I have explained “I’ve always had vivid dreams that stay with me long after I awake. These dreams are both an inspiration and a reminder that ‘reality’ is much more malleable than it appears.” I began painting as a child, and fell in love with oil at an early age. “I consider it the noblest medium” I started painting professionally at 23, and has since created a vast portfolio of commissioned pieces, wall murals and gold leaf Restoration. I describe my work: “My heart relates to my subject as one human being to another. I am painting their thoughts and their emotions as waves of color and light.”
