I follow with 2 coats or more of finish paint for a paint job that will last for years. I do not ask for payment until you are satisfied for small jobs. if the project is a full interior/exteri or repaint or new construction I ask for a deposit. I also do appliance installation/removal. Handyman services and light construction. I can replace fans and remove and hang wallpaper. I work by myself and pride myself on referral business.
